kebab seller on the highway, his interest in cooking grew. It was then that he
opted to make a profession out of cooking.

cooking professionally in Lucknow.

seafood restaurant, in 2001. Later on, he opened il Camino, an
Italian restaurant. His final venture was a modest open-barbeque restaurant
called Fishtail. All of this contributes to his success; no one

the Radisson Blu Hotel in Delhi (Noida), which had just
opened. At the age of 25, he became the youngest executive chef.

the United States to open Banq, a fine Franco Asian restaurant.
Ranveer received several accolades and compliments for his restaurant worldwide,
and Banq has even been rated the finest restaurant globally by

the One World Hospitality Group selected him as the chief corporate chef at
Boston's oldest restaurant. Ranveer Brar's dishes were so renowned in India
that he was forced to return to India due to great demand. He later became the
Novotel's senior executive chef in Mumbai's Juhu Beach. Then, Chef Ranveer Brar
devised and prepared a customized menu for MTV's restaurant network in India.
They have three restaurants in India, one in Delhi, one in Mumbai, and one in
Chandigarh.
Subsequently, in 2015, famous Indian chef Ranveer
Brar established and launched an artisan brand of meal kits in collaboration
with Hauye Chef. In 2016, he founded Tag Gourmart Kitchen by Ranveer Brar, a
vegetarian restaurant in Mumbai. In 2017, he was invited to Canada to open
another restaurant called Mayura in the GTA.
He has also worked with several other small,
medium, and big enterprises to create new restaurants, meals, menus, cuisines,
and various other things. Mercedes Benz India is one of his significant
collaborations.
