The WhatsApp banking service was just made available to users of the State Bank of India (SBI). To monitor the account balance and mini-statement, use the SBI WhatsApp banking services. The bank will detail the last five payments in the mini-statement.

The Yono App or travelling to the ATM for the mini statement is no longer necessary, according to SBI, who disclosed that account users can now get the data all at once. You must first register your SBI account for the WhatsApp service and confirm your agreement by SMS if you have an SBI account and want to use the new SBI WhatsApp banking function.
